Nice race against the LPE! I dont think I would let that Matt guy anywhere near my car let alone trust him to drive them across the country. Hope they made it out there OK.

VetteDogs don't ship.... they drive 'em... I thought that was the point????

I enjoyed the still-only camera work. ;-) Very streetfireish.

  • vettecop wrote on October 19, 12:43 pm

BORING!! You have no concept of what a true Vette Dog is. Street racing and cars trailered to events DO NOT constitute what I thought this show was supposed to be about.

  • Dan85 wrote on October 19, 1:16 pm

They shipped it? What's next... NCRS judging.

  • Smitty (anon) wrote on October 19, 5:30 pm

Really good guys. Promoting illegal street racing. Take it to the track.
VetteDogs? More like Vette dummies. No concept of planning. Looks like someone would have the sense to check on transportation. Let's set it up and give us something good to watch

"Vette Dogs, Our trailers have cars"

    What a joke.

  • VetteDriver wrote on October 20, 9:28 pm

these guys are not Vette Dogs, more like Vette Drama Queens.. 6mins of video and what MAYBE 45secs of seeing the cars driving? and OHHH TRAILERING A car, anyone one can TRAILER a car.. LMAO.. whatever happened to DRIVING the car. and don't give me that BULLSHIT excuse that it will break, I think we are watching VETTE PUSSIES.

  • ZR1fan wrote on October 23, 7:30 am

Has anyone on here ever driven 6000 miles in their car in a week? If so I want your job. Its not how you get your car there, its how you drive your car. I dont trailer my car just because I cant afford a truck and trailer. But I also dont push it 10/10ths because I want to be able to drive it hoe and not break something.

Ummmm WTF happened? Who are these turds?

  • fkumro (anon) wrote on October 23, 10:02 pm

The least these guys should do is respond to a comment or two. Patrick did that without one complaint, time to put up or shut up!

  • midnite902 wrote on October 24, 1:34 pm

So let me understand this, Rob's "Bad Ass" SC C5 even spooled up in 2nd gear is only dead even with a NA LPE Head and Cam C6 Z06. LOL That is embarassing.

Sounds like the HP figures on these cars are pure bunk.

Wow, large group of key board racers talking away here! If some of you who complained about us trailering cars across the country have the time to drive them out there instead great, but I personally have a busy work schedule, have the seen the entire country, and frankly I have people for that.
Once we made it out there it was game on, during and after the race. I took my proven "worlds fastest supercharged C5" to an endurance race. Find other low nine second cars that can go threw the dessert at 5,000 rpm for nearly 40 minutes in 100+ degree heat. The list will be short to say the least.
I am a very accessible person, I will be racing this Saturday at the ECS Corvette challenge, Englishtown NJ's largest race series, where you can line up next to me anytime. Win or loose doesn't matter to me, just have the nuts to show.
If your a road racer, I'm at Pocono, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, VIR, etc very regularly, work your way to the advanced groups if your not there already and show me what you got. Until then lets see some back up for the smack being thrown around here.

Basically, put up or shut up girls.

    Doug,
I have no problem trailering cars. I think everyone's disappointment is expectations were for adventures of "normal" Vette owners and the cars they own and drive. The show seems to have taken a turn and now the episodes contain buried commercials and neither you or Rob can be considered or consider yourselves "normal" Vette owners. Your cars do not appear to be licensed but appear to be purpose built race cars. Even though Rob's car appears to be an underperfromer from the last two episodes. I suggest you may have lost touch with your base "Vette Dog" audience

FYI, I post my racing schedules and participate regularly in Perfromance Road Race Driving events. Next is Nov. 10 at Texas World Speedway in College Station, Texas. Luckily this time I do not expect to have to run 35 minutes close to redline in 100o heat like I have to in the summer events here in Texas.

Looking forward to more racing/competetion content in the future. I hope you throw in footage of everyday Vette owners participating as well as you and Rob. We all know there are a lot of Vette owners out there that like to take our cars to the track.
